- Cancellations before 24 hours of the tour are not chargeable and the refund is credited within back to account within 7 working days.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are 100% chargeable.
Ticketing policy
Post issue of tickets no cancellations shall be allowed by the system.
Child Policy
- Under 3 years: treated infant, the tour is free of cost.
- From 3-10 years: Considered a child and tour is chargeable at a subsidized rate.
- Above 10: treated as adult and adult rate charged for the tour.
